TRENCHES

• Precast trench is like any other material that can be prefabricated offsite. Like steel modules, skids, and pipe racks prefabricated trench allows engineering and construction the liberty to concentrate on other challenging construction efforts freeing up the site work team.
• Precast trench coupled with great project management customer services and large production volumes increases the site ability to utilize “Just in Time” deliveries helping to cut down on large laydown yards space.
• The Waskey precast trench system is fully capable satisfying the most complex site layouts with options for special casting for turns and transition elements.
• Trenches are manufactured with custom inverted slopes eliminating the need for field grouting.
• Waskey offers trenches manufactured with coatings/liners to stand up LNG, acid, and other various chemical exposures.
• Trenches can be supported by either soil or piles.

Mega load – Custom Casting – Watertight

• Concrete Lids with access hatches / Checker Plate Steel / Open grating – Maybe some examples pictures
• Wall penetrations with piping connections to meet or exceed watertight requirements.
• Coating and lining
• Embed steel or inserts for future connections.
• Monolithic Casting vs. Match Casting vs. drainage joint (need figure out what to call this type of cast used for drainage)
• Sizes: Units under 160,000 Lbs. are very typical, in some situations Waskey can accommodate larger units.
