STORMWATER DRAINAGE MANHOLES–CP CHEM

Waskey manufactured 75 custom drainage manholes weighing 25 tons for the CP Chem project in Orange, Texas. These manholes feature preformed precast inverts tailored to accommodate up to 72-inch diameter RCP and CHDPE pipes. The precasted inverts were crafted using custom concentric conical forms, sloped to align with the project's drainage plans. Typically, general contractors would form and pour inverts on-site for standard drainage manholes. Waskey's preformed inverts saved time and materials for the contractor during field installation, while reducing safety risks associated with both man hours and confined spaces. Waskey managed all logistics, including the heavy haul of over 80 truckloads.
